VAT

By law, Slovenian value added tax must be charged on Congress Registrations Fees.

Terms of Payment

The participation and registration fee of 275,00 EUR + VAT will be invoiced to above given invoicing address.

The participation and registration fees will be invoiced in 1 month after the registration is made.

Cancellation policy

The payments will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made before July 31, 2009.

Cancellations made later than July 31, 2009, payments will not be refunded. However, in such case, entitlement to participate can be transferred to another person. All refunds are subject to a handling charge of 50 EUR.
