The Expert Seminar Focus
A new business and organizational models will be discussed as well as related information and telecommunication tools. Inter-organizational, inter-personal collaboration and creation of innovative value chains are becoming one of the most critical parts of new business models. Process based organization, supported by program management, portfolio management, project management and high performance teams are important components of the new economy company performance.This event will bring together researchers from R&D organizations, research freelancers and experts, as well as advanced end-users from different industries. We encourage researchers to present new concepts and illustrate them with the range of different case studies. On the other hand we are inviting companies – first adopters (“early birds”) to present and share their practical experiences and suggestions.
